Is lithium orotate the same as prescription lithium?

No. Prescription lithium is a medication given at hundreds of milligrams under a doctor’s supervision. Lithium orotate is a dietary supplement, and each Biloraux gummy provides 5 mg of elemental lithium — a different compound at a much smaller dose. If you take medication or have a health condition, talk to your physician first.

Why only two products?

A short catalogue is easier to stand behind. With two products we can verify every batch, publish the lab results, and get the dose exactly right.

Are Biloraux supplements third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab and made in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility. Certificates of analysis are published on our Lab Results page.
